WATCH: Georgia fans greet one-time UGA commit Ashton Hagans with 'traitor' chant
At one point, 5-star class of 2018 PG Ashton Hagans was committed to the Georgia Bulldogs, his home-state squad.
However, after Georgia made the decision to fire coach Mark Fox, Hagans decided to pledge to a different school, winding up at Kentucky.
On Tuesday night, he’s making his return to Athens, and it’s already off to a rocky start. As you can see in the video below, fans greeted the one-time Bulldog commit with chants of “traitor” ahead of tipoff:

Yes, Hagans flipped his commitment, but he committed to Mark Fox, so you can’t blame him for wanting to re-examine things when Fox was let go.
We’ll see if he’s able to use that negativity from Georgia fans as motivation when the Wildcats and Bulldogs square off.
