It’s well-established that strength and conditioning coaches are a different breed. For the Georgia staff, the coaches took celebrating the 150th anniversary of college football to a new level.

Scott Sinclair, the director at Georgia, tweeted the program’s latest “Throwdown Thursday” weight room workout, and wrote, “150 years of college football, time to work the chest for 150 reps in 150 seconds…..or MORE.”

This is a highly choreographed workout that goes around the weight room, with a stop-watch and rep-counter running to tabulate the totals.
