Generally, when you talk about recruiting, you discuss coaches hitting the recruiting “trails.”

However, Georgia coach Kirby Smart clearly prefers to think of them as recruiting “airways,” as evidenced by his choice of vehicle for a visit on Tuesday.

As you can see in the videos below, shared by @CavsRecruits on Twitter, Smart helicoptered in to visit some potential Georgia targets on Tuesday:

This is now the third time Smart has taken to the skies in a chopper to visit recruits, and it’s hard to argue with the results. Georgia currently has the No. 1 2018 recruiting class.

Not every program has the means to provide coaches with helicopter rides, but as long as Georgia does, Smart will likely continue to land big-time players.
