Georgia’s offensive line has been a topic of concern ever since Kirby Smart took over as the head coach before the 2016 season.

The unit has still struggled this year, even though the Bulldogs have jumped out to a 3-0 start.

However, Smart is tired about talking about how his offensive linemen grade out during practice, and let one reporter hear about it in a rant that starts at the 3:43 mark of the below video:

Smart ends the exchange with a joke and a smile, but it’s clear he wasn’t particularly happy with the question.

Smart has a point — it is hard to grade offensive line play, and it’s also safe to assume the players are trying hard to improve.

Whether the results show in Saturday night’s SEC opener against Mississippi State remains to be seen, but the line will need to have a solid effort if Georgia is going to improve to 4-0.
