Antonio Reeves has made his decision about the NBA Draft, Jon Rothstein reported after a conversation with Reeves’ father.
Reeves, a Kentucky guard, will withdraw from the NBA Draft and return to school. It’s unclear if Reeves would, in fact, return to Kentucky and continue to play for John Calipari. This news came after Oscar Tshiebwe announced plans earlier Wednesday to remain in the NBA Draft.
Reeves was named the SEC Sixth Man of the Year after he saw action in all 34 games, and made 14 starts. He was second on the team with 14.4 points per game, and made a team-high 80 3-pointers. That production was the 12th most in a single season in UK history. He was also the team’s top 3-point shooting at about 40% and averaged 2.4 3-point field goals in a game.
Kentucky’s Antonio Reeves will withdraw from the 2023 NBA Draft and return to school next season, per his father.
