Former Kentucky DL Cory “Poop” Johnson has one of the more unusual nicknames in sports, but it has worked out for him so far.

Now, though, he’s back on the job market, as he was released by the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League on Wednesday.

Johnson signed with the Argonauts on Feb. 13 of this year, so he only appeared in one game with the team this season:

Johnson played the 2017 and 2018 seasons with Winnipeg before coming over to Toronto this offseason. Now, he’ll be on the move again.

So, the question on everyone’s mind is “How does one get the nickname of Poop?” Here, he explains it, in a video uploaded to YouTube by cfbsection2:

“I guess because I poop so much,” Johnson said. “I try to poop like five times a day, three times a day. It’s hard to keep weight when you’ve got so much going out.”

So, that’s that.
