Jaremiah Anglin Jr., 2023 safety out of Florida, announces SEC commitment

Jaremiah Anglin is taking his talents to Lexington. The safety out of Lake Wales (Florida) verbally committed to Kentucky on Saturday evening.
Anglin’s commitment announcement was streamed live on his Instagram account. Former FSU standout and first-round NFL Draft pick Derwin James, Anglin’s cousin, called in during the ceremony.

Anglin is listed at 6-1, 184 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Anglin is rated 3-stars, the No. 37 safety, No. 84 Florida recruit and No. 413 prospect overall in the class of 2023. He picked up scholarship offers from 29 schools during his recruitment. In June, Anglin listed a top 8 of Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida State, Jackson State, Penn State, Pittsburgh and UCF.
