Kentucky land commitment from state's all-time leading scorer
Travis Perry is staying home.
The all-time leading scorer in the state of Kentucky announced Sunday that he has committed to play for John Calipari’s program. Perry also had hats on the table for Alabama, Ole Miss, Cincinnati and Western Kentucky at his commitment ceremony, where he announced his Kentucky pledge live on YouTube.

Out of Lyon County, Perry is listed as measuring 6-2, 170 pounds. He is rated 4-stars, the No. 1 player in the state of Kentucky, No. 6 point guard and No. 80 prospect overall in the Class of 2024 on the 247Sports Composite.
Perry becomes the third member of Kentucky’s 2024 recruiting class. Four-star center Somoto Cyril and 4-star point guard Boogie Fland have each signed a Letter of Intent with UK.
