Kentucky lands commitment from in-state 4-star 2020 DB during All-American Bowl
In order to compete in the SEC (like they’ve been doing the past couple of years), the Kentucky Wildcats need to recruit well outside of their home state.
However, landing top in-state talent is also important, and that’s what the Wildcats did on Saturday.
During the All-American Game, 4-star S Vito Tisdale picked Kentucky over Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M and Oklahoma. You can see the moment he picked the Kentucky hat below:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Tisdale is the No. 33 safety in the class of 2020 and the No. 3 overall recruit from the state of Kentucky.
The Wildcats now have 22 players in their 2020 class, which currently ranks No. 23 in the nation and No. 9 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
