Kentucky has a tough task ahead of it when it takes the field on Saturday. The Wildcats will be in Tuscaloosa to take on No. 1 Alabama for a game in which the Crimson Tide should be heavily favored.
It’s not an annual matchup, but Mark Stoops’ team has faced off against the Tide somewhat more frequently in past years. Regardless, the result has largely been the same: in the 40 previous meetings, the Wildcats have dropped all but 3 contests—a pair of wins and a tie.
On Friday night, the Wildcats unveiled their uniform combination for Saturday’s game. They will be in their Wildcat blue helmets featuring the interlocking “UK” primary logo, along with Wildcat blue pants. Jerseys will be white with blue numbers and trim, along with white cleats and white gloves.
