Liam Coen had a great first year as Kentucky’s offensive coordinator in 2021, guiding QB Will Levis, RB Chris Rodriguez Jr., WR Wan’Dale Robinson and a great offensive line to a 10-win season.

But, could he ultimately end up being a one-and-done at Kentucky?

Per a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Sunday, Coen is a “prime candidate” to take over as the Los Angeles Rams’ offensive coordinator once Kevin O’Connell leaves for the Minnesota Vikings’ job following the Super Bowl:

Coen has experience working with Rams head coach Sean McVay. He spent the 2018 and 2019 seasons as the team’s assistant wide receivers coach and was the assistant quarterbacks coach in 2020.

One thing is for sure — Kentucky will be listening to the rumors out of Los Angeles very closely over the next few days.
