Kentucky struggled in a number of areas Saturday in its 24-7 loss to Tennessee.

Benny Snell Jr. rushed for just 81 yards and couldn’t find the end zone while quarterback Terry Wilson completed just 21 of 34 passes for 172 yards.

While senior Dorian Baker only has 11 catches for 112 yards this season, he may have helped Kentucky’s cause on Saturday. Yet he was nowhere to be seen on the field.

It wasn’t until Mark Stoops’ press conference on Monday that fans found out why Baker wasn’t available.

“He was suspended for that game,” Stoops told reporters. “He’ll be back this week.”

They likely won’t need him too much against Middle Tennessee State at home next weekend where Baker will be one 16 seniors honored, but the Wildcats could use any help they can get after consecutive losses to Georgia and Tennessee.
