Kentucky is off to a rough start this year with losses to Auburn and Ole Miss, and the Wildcats have Mississippi State on deck this week.

The overtime loss to Ole Miss was especially difficult to get over for coach Mark Stoops and he discussed that feeling on his radio show on Monday night. Stoops said everything is different about this season, and he told the players to look at it as “one-week seasons.”

“Just hit the reset button,” Stoops said. “I felt so horrible obviously Saturday into Sunday morning, but once you get to work there Sunday it’s a lot of fun because you got to move on to the next challenge. I really appreciated our team. We owned our mistakes, watched everything, were very critical, everybody in the program, so it’s time to move on. So we had a really good day.”

The Bulldogs and Wildcats will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday in Lexington on the SEC Network.
