SEC Nation announces location for Week 3 game
SEC Nation is heading to Lexington for Week 3. The SEC Network announced Friday that its Saturday morning pregame show will broadcast from Kentucky campus ahead of the Florida vs. UK game.
The intrigue for the game is obvious after Kentucky managed to snap The Streak last season on the road at UF. This season, both the Wildcats and Gators started the season 1-0. Mark Stoops’ squad defeated Toledo 38-24 at home in Week 1. Dan Mullen’s squad had Week 1 off after beating in-state rival Miami 24-20 in the Week 0 primetime showcase in Orlando. SEC Nation did a special afternoon broadcast for that game.
Both teams should enter the Week 3 matchup 2-0. ESPN’s Football Power Index gives Kentucky a 92.3 percent chance of beating Eastern Michigan in Week 2. The FPI gives Florida a 99.3 percent chance of defeating UT Martin.
The Florida vs. Kentucky game is already set for a 7 p.m. ET kickoff on ESPN.
