Tyrell Ajian, key Kentucky DB, announces plans for 2022 season

Tyrell Ajian has been a key part of Kentucky’s secondary the past 4 years, becoming a stalwart on the field the past 2 seasons.

Now, he’s running it back for one more year in the blue and white.

As you can see below, Ajian took to Twitter on Saturday afternoon to reveal he was returning to the Kentucky program for the 2022 campaign:

That’s another big return for Kentucky’s defense, which is also getting DeAndre Square and other key players back next season.

In 2021, Ajian appeared in 12 games, making 46 tackles. He recorded 1 interception, which he returned 95 yards for a touchdown. He also had 4 pass breakups last year.
