What Mike White said about Kentucky after Florida’s loss to No. 7 Wildcats

With 14 minutes remaining in the second half of Saturday’s game between No. 7 Kentucky and Florida in Gainesville, the Gators held an 11-point lead and seemed on the verge of completing an impressive upset.

Over the next 14 minutes, though, the Wildcats went on an incredible 34-12 run to end up winning the game easily, 65-54.

It was a devastating loss for the Gators’ NCAA Tournament hopes, but there’s still time left for them to bounce back. After the game, though, Florida coach Mike White wasn’t too happy.

After losing to the Wildcats, White had plenty of praise for coach John Calipari’s squad, saying they showed their toughness on Saturday evening.
