The stars came out on Saturday night to watch LSU play Alabama. The group included Vince Vaughn, Odell Beckham Jr. as well as former LSU baseball shortstop Alex Bregman.

Bregman’s Astros lost to the Red Sox in the ALCS, allowing him to enjoy all that Baton Rouge has to offer on game day, and his Instagram story revealed the details perfectly.

Perhaps without realizing it, Bregman truly revealed the story of every emotion of LSU fans on Saturday.

First, he can be seen shotgunning a beer at a tailgate, then he’s on the sidelines before heading up to his seats where he sings Mel McDaniel’s “Louisiana Saturday Night” at the top of his lungs. He also appears invincible with some buddies, declaring that “Bama ain’t played nobody.”

Finally, he’s demoralized with a dull roar of the crowd in the background, likely at some point in the third quarter when he realized his Tigers had no chance of beating the Crimson Tide.

While it wasn’t the ending Tigers’ fans or Bregman hoped for, he can rest easy knowing he already has a World Series title with the Astros and walked away from his most recent season almost $600,000 richer.
