It’s like a broken record.
The LSU Tigers received a commitment from four-star safety Cameron Lewis. Lewis is the highest ranked safety in Louisiana for the 2016 recruiting class, and he’s rated the No. 13 overall safety in the country, according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.

The 6-1, 195 pound Monroe, Louisiana, native also plays quarterback in high school, and he’s ranked as the No. 17 overall player in the state.
Lewis joins an already loaded class for the Tigers, including two other elite defensive backs in five-star cornerback Saivion Smith and three-star safety Clifford Chattman.
