When former LSU WR James Wright was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL Draft, it was an easy transition, mascot-wise.
The former Tiger went to a pro team that also had a Tiger as its mascot. However, as of Tuesday, Wright is no longer a Bengal.
The Cleveland Browns confirmed on Twitter that they had claimed the ex-LSU receiver off of waivers from their AFC North rivals:

In three NFL seasons Wright has 18 catches for 197 yards. Last year, he set career highs with 13 catches for 106 yards.
After the Browns lost Terrelle Pryor to the Washington Redskins, Wright should have a chance to compete for a backup spot this offseason.
