Desmond Howard highlights SEC QB among game changers of week
ESPN College GameDay analyst Desmond Howard tweeted out his top five Game Changers from the past week and No. 3 on the list was LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels.

Daniels put together his best game of his career last Saturday when the Tigers upset Ole Miss 45-20 in the Magnolia Bowl. The junior transfer from Arizona State accounted for 369 yards (248 yards passing, 121 yards rushing) and five total touchdowns.
After a slow start to the season Daniels has come on strong in the past three games with 897 yards passing, 203 yards rushing and 12 total touchdowns. These are the type of numbers that will likely make Daniels part of the early discussion for the 2023 Heisman race if he decides to return to Baton Rouge for another season.
A former quarterback in the SEC also made Howard’s list. Oregon quarterback Bo Nix, a transfer from Auburn, had five touchdowns in the Ducks’ 45-30 win over previously unbeatened UCLA.
