Five-star prospect Dylan Moses may have decommitted from LSU, but he’s not abandoning the thought of playing there.
The linebacker, who ranks as the No. 2 overall player in the 2017 recruiting class according to the 247Sports composite rankings, will be visiting LSU practice this week, according to a report from NOLA.com.
Moses, whose Twitter account is private, reportedly Tweeted “Going to go watch @LSUFootball spring practice next week! Gotta go check my boys out!!” on Saturday morning.
The Louisiana-native is playing his final season at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., which has gained fame as the “football factory” that hosted Michigan’s spring football practice earlier this month.
Moses was previously committed to play for LSU, but has been exploring his options.
LSU has a new defensive coordinator in Dave Aranda, which Moses no doubt will be eyeing when he comes back to campus.
Alabama is among those that are vying for Moses’ commitment, though it’s fair to say that most every major college program in the country has interest in the 6-2, 230-pound linebacker.
