Five-star defensive tackle Marvin Wilson has narrowed down his college list to five, and LSU is a final candidate.
Florida State, USF, Ohio State, and Oklahoma are also in the running. The 6-foot-4, 330-pound Bellaire, Tex. native announced the news on Tuesday evening:

According to 247Sports, Wilson is the top player at his position and the No. 3 overall prospect from the 2017 recruiting class. He has a near perfect grade on the composite scale (.9972) after finishing his high school career with 200 tackles (71 for loss) and an eye-popping 42 total sacks.
His crystal ball currently projects him to land with the Tigers on National Signing Day, which falls on Feb. 1 this cycle. That would obviously be a tremendous addition for coach Ed Orgeron’s class, currently sitting at No. 5 nationally with 20 commits.
