A previously suspended LSU quarterback appears to no longer be part of the program. As of Friday, the official Tigers football roster no longer lists Peter Parrish.

LSU was among the handful of college football programs to hold practices before the spring sports shutdown due to coronavirus. Parrish had not been seen at those practices and on March 10 Ed Orgeron announced Parrish had been suspended indefinitely due to a violation of team rules.

Parrish arrived to LSU as a 4-star recruit, rated the No. 11 dual-threat quarterback of the 2019 class on the 247Sports Composite. Out of Central High in Phenix City, Alabama, Parrish had 20 other scholarship offers, including Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Missouri and Lane Kiffin’s Florida Atlantic program. Parrish took a redshirt for the 2019 season.

Without Parrish, LSU has a quarterback depth chart of redshirt junior Myles Brennan and true freshmen Max Johnson and TJ Finley.

Shea Dixon of 247Sports was first to notice the removal of Parrish from the roster.
