Daryl Edwards Jr. played for the LSU Tigers in 2017-18 and 2018-19 before transferring to UTEP to finish his college career.

Recently, he was involved in an accident caused by a drunk driver, sustaining serious injuries, including 2 broken legs, a broken right elbow and injuries to his spine.

As you can see below, a GoFundMe page has been set up to help raise money for the former Tiger’s medical costs:

According to the GoFundMe page, Edwards had graduated from LSU and was going to play basketball overseas starting in May.

Hopefully, he is able to make a full recovery. As of Monday night, the GoFundMe page had raised more than $13,000 of its $80,000 goal.
