Travez Moore appears to have found his new home.

Rene Nadeau of Crescent City Sports reports that Moore has transferred to Arizona State, viewing the Sun Devils’ 3-3-5 defense as a better schematic fit for his skillset. The bio portion of Moore’s Twitter account now reads, “Student athlete@Arizona state university.”

Moore spent two seasons in Baton Rouge. A native of Bastrop, Louisiana, Moore was previously ranked the top JUCO weak-side defensive end by 247Sports. He transferred to LSU ahead of the 2018 season but redshirted after only playing in 3 games. In 2019, he only recorded appearances in games against FCS Northwestern State and Vanderbilt. This season, he appeared in LSU’s first 3 games and announced on Oct. 30 he was opting out for the remainder of 2020. On Nov. 11, he entered the NCAA transfer portal.

Moore graduated from LSU in August. As a graduate transfer, he will have immediate eligibility for the 2021 season.
