Rookie LB Deion Jones has started his NFL career with a bang for the Atlanta Falcons.

The former LSU standout was a second-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft and has made his presence felt since day one.

However, thanks to an ankle injury suffered in last weekend’s victory over the Carolina Panthers, Jones will miss this Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos, according to Pro Football Talk.

Through four games, Jones has 30 tackles, two passes defended and one interception, which he returned 90 yards for a touchdown.

Jones earned the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Month award in September because of his strong start.
