Former LSU middle linebacker standout Kwon Alexander, who spent 4 years in Tampa Bay, 2 years in San Fransisco and this past season in New Orleans, is signing a 1-year deal with the New York Jets, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

The move reunites Alexander with current Jets head coach Robert Salah, who was his defensive coordinator in San Fransisco. Alexander spent his last year in New Orleans with the Saints while Salah spent his first year in the Big Apple.

The Pro Bowl linebacker has totaled 371 solo tackles and 43 for loss, also forcing 10 fumbles and picking off 8 interceptions.
