Former LSU WR Rueben Randle will have to get healthy before he can take the next step in getting back to the NFL.

The Chicago Bears placed Randle on injured reserve as a corresponding roster move to pickup recently released K Roberto Aguayo off waivers. Randle injured his hamstring during Chicago’s recent preseason game against Denver.

Randle did not play in the 2016 season after being cut by the Philadelphia Eagles in August 2016. In January 2017, he signed a future/reserve contract with the Bears.

In four seasons with the New York Giants (2012-15), Randle totaled 188 interceptions for 2,644 yards and 20 touchdowns.
