Heisman half? Joe Burrow’s incredible start against Alabama has social media buzzing

It might not be No. 1 vs. No. 2 in the eyes of the College Football Playoff selection committee, but LSU at Alabama is the biggest college football game of Week 11 (and arguably the season) and CFB fans everywhere are watching the showdown in T-town.

LSU’s star QB Joe Burrow showed up big time for the top-5 clash between SEC West rivals. All season, Burrow has posted a sensational 78.8 completion percentage. In the first two quarters on Saturday, he has managed to boost that number, going 18-of-20 for 252 yards and 3 touchdowns, leading LSU to a 33-13 advantage at the break.

Not surprisingly, Burrow has social media buzzing. If Burrow ends up hoisting the Heisman Trophy next month in New York, we’ll likely be talking about Nov. 9 in Tuscaloosa.
