On Monday Night Football, New York Jets S Jamal Adams was flagged for a late hit on Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield.

On Wednesday, it was announced that Adams, a former LSU star, had been fined $21,000 for the hit, and let’s just say he was not happy with the NFL’s decision.

As you can see below, he took to Twitter to call out the league in a profanity-laced tirade:

Flagging Adams for the hit is one thing, but the league taking away money from him for a play that didn’t seem too aggressive is a different story.

Adams is clearly upset right now, so we’ll see if he continues to play aggressively or if he tones it down a bit in the future.
