Jamal Adams says it's 'time to move on' from Jets; reportedly has list of preferred teams
The drama between the New York Jets and former LSU star Jamal Adams seems to be intensifying with each passing day.
Adams isn’t happy with his contract situation, and doesn’t want to wait to negotiate a new deal. Now, things have deteriorated to the point where Adams has reportedly asked for permission to seek a trade.
As you can see below, Adams commented on an Instagram post saying it was time to move on from New York and that there were no hard feelings:

So, where would Adams like to be traded? Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, there are 7 teams Adams would be open to playing for:
Here are the seven teams to which Jets’ Pro-Bowl safety Jamal Adams would welcome a trade, per source:
?Ravens
?Cowboys
?Texans
?Chiefs
?Eagles
?49ers

Unsurprisingly, those 7 teams are among the Super Bowl favorites this year. There are a few hurdles to Adams being traded by the Jets, particularly since it seems he’d want an extension before the trade.
Will he end up somewhere other than New York in 2020? We’ll see over the next few weeks.
