Steve Ensminger is the offensive coordinator at LSU, but wide receivers coach and passing-game coordinator Joe Brady is credited with transforming the Tigers offense into the juggernaut (or perhaps, Joe-ggernaut) it has become in 2019.

With Brady, whose current reported salary is $435,000, being credited for QB Joe Burrow and company putting up record-breaking numbers, it has made him a popular name in the assistant coaching carousel rumor mill. After Saturday’s SEC Championship Game, reporters asked Brady whether he’ll be back in Baton Rouge for the 2020 season. He told them, “absolutely.”

“I think it’s the culture of here of whatever we can do for everybody else to have success, whatever we can do to win, that’s what we do,” Brady said. “You have a group of players, you have a staff that they’re going to find anything to do to go 1-0 and I think that’s pretty special.”

Another win for LSU over Tom Herman and the Texas Longhorns.
