La’el Collins’ 2022 season has come to an unfortunate end. The Cincinnati Bengals lineman is reportedly dealing with a torn ACL and MCL.

Collins passed an initial ACL on-field exam Saturday, but his MRI revealed both ligaments are torn, according to Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Collins has been in the league since 2015. After spending his first 7 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, he signed with the Bengals this offseason. Hopefully, we see Collins back in action next season.

The Bengals are 11-4 and have clinched a berth in the playoffs. Cincinnati is first in the AFC North heading into a Week 17 matchup against the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football.
