LSU earned a big-time commitment in the class of 2025 on Saturday afternoon.
The Tigers picked a commitment from 4-star cornerback Jacob Bradford. A Baton Rouge native, Bradford was previously committed to Houston but backed off of that pledge earlier this week.

Bradford committed to Houston back in June, but then received an LSU offer about a month later. He took his official visit to LSU last weekend and evidently saw enough to flip his commitment to LSU.
This is a big-time addition for the Tigers. Bradford is the No. 394 overall player and the No. 34 cornerback in the country for the class of 2025, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 13 player from the state of Louisiana.
Bradford attends Catholic High of Baton Rouge. He’s listed at 5-foot-11, 190 pounds.
Brian Kelly and his staff to be well on their way to signing a top-5 recruiting class in this cycle. The class currently sits at No. 4 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings. LSU has 22 commitments so far in the class of 2025, but could add more before the early signing period in December.
Here are some highlights from Bradford’s high school career:
