This week, it was revealed that the 19-year-old daughter of LSU RB coach Kevin Faulk had tragically passed away.
With LSU preparing for a Saturday game against Central Michigan, coach Ed Orgeron said on Wednesday during the SEC coaches’ teleconference that everyone in the program’s hearts are with Faulk and his family.
Coach O added that he doesn’t expect Faulk to be on the sidelines for Saturday’s game (via ESPN):
“I don’t expect him to be here on Saturday,” Orgeron said. “I expect him to take his time and put his family first.”
Faulk became LSU’s RB coach in 2020 after spending the previous 2 years as the team’s director of player development.
