LSU CB suspended for Fiesta Bowl apologizes to 'Tigers family' on social media
In Tuesday’s Fiesta Bowl, LSU was thin on defense, especially in the secondary. The Tigers entered the game missing three defensive backs, including Kelvin Joseph, who was suspended for a violation of team rules. He did not make the trip to Arizona.
After the game, Joseph took to social media to apologize to the “Tigers family.”
I want to apologize to the whole tigers family that I let down in this critical situation I want to let y’all know it won’t happen again 2019 all gas no breaks tough times don’t last forever tough people do 💪🐯!!!

At one point, LSU was missing five defensive backs due to the ejections of CB Terrence Alexander and S Grant Delpit. Despite the absences on defense, LSU defeated No. 8 UCF 40-32.
