LSU fans want to hire current SEC head coach during blowout loss to Ole Miss
Once Ole Miss poured it on for a 31-7 lead against LSU on Saturday, LSU fans began to salivate over hiring Lane Kiffin to replace Ed Orgeron after the season.
Ole Miss got off to a slow start, and didn’t score its first touchdown until 3:12 left in the first half. But once the Rebels got going, they were difficult to stop for LSU. Matt Corral tacked on another touchdown with 15 seconds remaining in the first half, and Ole Miss added 2 more scores in the third quarter to bust the game wide open.
It was a combination of LSU’s sluggish offense, and Ole Miss’ offense ringing up 393 yards by early in the fourth quarter.
Here’s a sampling of some comments from LSU fans:
The LSU AD needs to hand Lane Kiffin a blank check and tell him to come fly back to Baton Rouge with his new team.

Top 5 coaching candidates for me
1. Joe Brady
2. Mike Tomlin(I know this is highly unlikely)
3. Kiffin(just moved his way up to 3)
5. Luke Fickell

Creativity of Ole Miss offense is impossible to ignore, even with two receivers out. Kiffin audition? If so, looking pretty good as LSU tackling disappears. @CCSdaily

Can they just announce Lane Kiffin to LSU already?

I realize LSU is decimated on both sides of the ball. But they are *far* better than what they’re showing.
If Kiffin was calling our plays today, we’d have a lot more than 7 points.
