LSU LB Devin White doesn't think UCF could play in the SEC
The LSU Tigers did SEC fans a favor on Tuesday, taking down an undefeated UCF team in the Fiesta Bowl.
It was a hard-fought game by both teams, but the Tigers held on for a 40-32 victory, which will prevent the Knights from claiming yet another national championship this year.
After the game, star LSU LB Devin White was asked about UCF’s physicality, and it’s safe to say he wasn’t impressed by the Knights:
Devin White on UCF's physicality: "I don't think they could play in the SEC week-in, week-out." #LSU

LSU AD Joe Alleva also seems to doubt UCF’s physicality (or lack thereof):
A reporter asked if UCF was one of the more physical teams #LSU has played this year.
Joe Alleva, standing off to the side, audibly laughed

Of course, this would be a stronger statement if the game hadn’t been decided by eight points. For now, though, the Tigers have made their point and won a game where much of the rest of the country was rooting for them.
