The injury bug appears to be particularly fond of LSU’s offensive line.

The Tigers, who have trotted out five different offensive line combinations through as many games this season, got even more bad news Monday when coach Ed Orgeron revealed during his press conference that sophomore center Lloyd Cushenberry is “very questionable” for Saturday’s game at No. 22 Florida.

“Lloyd is very questionable for the game. We’ll know more towards the end of the week,” Orgeron said.

Cushenberry has been a rock for LSU’s ever-changing offensive line, but he limped off the field late in the team’s 45-16 win against Ole Miss last Saturday. His potential loss comes after the No. 5 Tigers amassed a season-high 573 total yards against the Rebels.

But LSU may get another starting offensive lineman back to make up for Cushenberry’s injury — Orgeron said left tackle Saahdiq Charles has a good chance of playing against the Gators.

“He could not have played Saturday night. I think that just him going through a practice and handling the contact in the right way he should be okay,” Orgeron said.

Either way, it looks like the offensive line shuffle will continue for the Tigers (5-0, 2-0 SEC) when they visit Florida (4-1, 2-1) at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.
