LSU’s quarterbacks didn’t have a great spring, as neither Myles Brennan nor Lowell Narcisse or any other quarterback had memorable performances.

That means coach Ed Orgeron and his staff could be on the lookout for a graduate transfer option, and they’ve been granted permission to talk to an interesting candidate.

As you can see in the tweet below, LSU and Cincinnati have been granted permission to talk to Joe Burrow of Ohio State:

Burrow could be the next Big Ten transfer to come in and land the LSU job, following in Danny Etling’s footsteps.

Florida also reportedly had some interest in Burrow, but the Gators aren’t one of the teams that can contact Burrow. We’ll have to see where he ends up, but he could be in the SEC this fall.
