LSU staffer retained by Brian Kelly reportedly leaves for new job
Brian Kelly is working to finalize his staff, and now a report has come out that one of his staffers that he retained has left for a job promotion.
Gerald Chatman, a defensive analyst, has accepted an offer to be the defensive line coach at Tulane, Bruce Feldman of The Athletic reported. Chatman previously worked as an assistant defensive line coach with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Chatman was a defensive lineman at Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and began his coaching career at his alma mater in 2010 and spent 2 seasons coaching the defensive line.
He has also spent time at Ball State, Elon, Butler, and Tennessee State. He spent one year at Texas A&M as a graduate assistant, according to LSU Wire.
