LSU landed a commitment from wide receiver Mannie Netherly Friday night.

Netherly committed to the Tigers over Texas A&M, Alabama and Texas, among others. He’s rated as a four-star prospect, the No. 35 overall player in Texas and the country’s No. 29 overall wide receiver.
The 6-foot-2, 183-pound Crosby, Texas, native recorded over 1,000 yards receiving in 2015 and 18 receiving touchdowns, as well as four return touchdowns.
Netherly became LSU’s 13th commitment for the class of 2017.
