LSU is heading to the College Football Playoff National Championship.
On Saturday, the Tigers rolled to a 63-28 win over Oklahoma in the Peach Bowl, a CFP semifinal matchup, and they were in control from the start.
Here’s what the media had to say about LSU’s impressive victory:
LSU’s 63 points are a new record for a College Football Playoff game and a New Year’s Six game.

I have no idea how good a pro Joe Burrow will be. But in all the years I have been watching college football, I have never seen anyone have a better year than he has had. #LSU #CFBPlayoff

There has never been a more perfect fit of a head coach for a college football team than Coach O and LSU. Match made in Heaven.

The Superdome has hosted four national championship games since 2004. LSU, 81 miles from New Orleans, has appeared in all of them.

We’re really gonna play for a damn national title. And we’re fun as hell.
This is the most I have ever enjoyed an LSU football season, regardless of what happens in New Orleans. But we might as well go win the whole gd thing.
