Baker Mayfield just hit the jackpot.

Why is that? The Cleveland Browns now have arguably the best one-two receiving corps in the NFL thanks to a late Tuesday trade with the New York Giants.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Media was first to report that Odell Beckham Jr. had been traded to the Browns. Following this move, Beckham will reunite with former LSU teammate Jarvis Landry in Cleveland. In exchange for trading Beckham to the Browns, the Giants are getting a first-round pick, a third-round pick and Jabrill Peppers.

During his NFL career, Beckham has caught 390 passes for 5,476 yards and 44 touchdowns after being selected with the 12th overall in the 2014 NFL Draft. The 26-year-old receiver signed an extension with the Giants last offseason, meaning New York will have to pay over $21 million over the next two years to pay him.

If the trade officially goes through, the Browns will have surrounded second-year QB Baker Mayfield with plenty of talent to succeed. Along with the addition of Beckham to the roster, Cleveland also added Kareem Hunt this season to join Nick Chubb and Antonio Callaway to the Browns offense.
