The LSU Tigers got some great news on Monday night, when Skylar Mays and Marlon Taylor both withdrew from the 2019 NBA Draft and opted to return to school.
They joined Javonte Smart in returning to Baton Rouge, while Tremont Waters and Naz Reid will stay in the draft pool.
The lone player that coach Will Wade was waiting for to make a decision was rising sophomore F Emmitt Williams, and on Tuesday, it was reported that he would also be returning to school:
Emmitt Williams is returning to LSU next season, per his AAU coach Steve Reece. HUGE news for the Tigers.

Williams appeared in 34 games last season, starting eight. He averaged 7.0 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.
With Williams, Smart, Mays and Taylor returning to school, the Tigers will have a strong core of players. Add incoming G Trendon Watford, a 5-star recruit, and that’s a team that could repeat as SEC regular-season champions.
