Report: LSU WR picks transfer school
Former LSU WR Trey Quinn has picked SMU as his transfer destination, according to 247Sports’ Ryan Bartow.
Quinn was a member of LSU’s 2014 class, and was expected to make an impact with the Tigers, holding Louisiana high school records for receptions (357) and receiving yards (6,566).
In two seasons in Baton Rouge, Quinn appeared in 25 games, starting nine, recording 22 catches for 276 yards. He was restricted from transferring to another SEC school, but will have two years of eligibility with the Mustangs beginning in the ’17 season.
Quinn announced his plans to transfer in February via his Twitter account.
