Some guys just can’t catch a break with the injury bug.

According to two Washington D.C. radio reporters, former LSU RB Derrius Guice tweaked his hamstring while rehabbing from his torn ACL. The hamstring injury happened a few weeks ago, meaning Guice has had some time to heal. Erin Hawksworth, who broke the story, acknowledged that Guice could miss time in Washington Redskins’ training camp. In a follow-up report, Craig Hoffman noted that he wasn’t sure if the hamstring injury would have much of an effect on Guice’s upcoming camp as the running back was already “going to be monitored” coming off the ACL injury.

Guice was a second-round pick for Washington in the 2018 NFL Draft. He missed the regular season last year after tearing his ACL in his first preseason game.
