While Banks is new to LSU, he has plenty of experience from his time at Ohio State. He’s a graduate transfer and started at cornerback in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game against Alabama in 2020. He was a two-year starter at cornerback for the Buckeyes.
Overall, Banks appeared in 36 games at Ohio State with 14 starts and 43 career tackles and a pair of interceptions.
