T-Bob Hebert understands LSU and Florida are in similar situations with their program rebuilds as both have first-year coaches, and that’s why his expectations want more from the Tigers.

“We are in the middle of the process,” Hebert said on “Off the Bench” on ESPN Baton Rouge. “And so yes, I do have long-term faith, but I also do want some short-term success. You’re not crazy to expect that, and you don’t have to explain that away. Here’s the deal with Florida, Florida is not better than you. Tennessee was flat out better than you. You cannot say the same thing about this year’s Florida Gators.”

Along with having similar coaching situations, both programs are also 4-2 and unranked. The Gators are a 2.5-point favorite in the game, which is set for 7 p.m. ET in The Swamp.
