WATCH: Tyrann Mathieu, Patrick Peterson share why it was important for them to give back to LSU
LSU’s new locker room has been the talk of college football since it was unveiled Sunday evening but there’s a chance the new state-of-the-art facility could not have been built without Tyrann Mathieu and Patrick Peterson.
Both players donated to help raise the funds necessary to complete the project, but perhaps more importantly, they were both All-American players that laid the groundwork to keep LSU among the nation’s elite on the field and in recruiting.
If you haven’t seen video of the team’s new locker room, you are in luck, because Mathieu and Peterson were recently on hand to take a tour of the facility with LSU’s cameras joining them along for the ride.
